Certain multinational managers and executives.
Second Preference Category (EB-2): Aliens who are members of professions with advanced degrees or who have exceptional ability.
Third Preference Category (EB-3): Skilled workers, professionals, or other workers.
Fourth Preference Category (EB-4): Specialized visa category includes, but is not limited to: certain religious workers, US foreign service employees, retired employees of international organizations, and non-citizen minors who are under the guardianship of the courts of the United States.
Fifth Preference Category (EB-5): Available to individuals who invest at least $1 million and employ at least 10 Americans for at least 2 years.
